A few things to make note of… you will have your hands under your armpits, so I prefer to wear a top with sleeves so I’m not distracted by sweat (TMI, but you’ll thank me once you try it.) Also, prior to doing this meditation, you’ll need to drink a cup of water, so have some on hand before you get started.

This meditation is simple and you can do it almost anywhere—sitting in a chair or on the floor.
