In today’s Moment of Calm, I will be introducing you to a meditation that has been known to help conquer normal depression and discouragement and builds tremendous strength into the nervous system.
It’s a great meditation to do every day. In this video, we will be practicing for three minutes. Once you have mastered the posture and breath pattern, you can slowly increase the time, however, do not exceed 11 minutes.
