It uses the mantra “Wahe Guru,” a term used to elevate the spirit. It is pronounced Wah-Hey Goo-Do. The “r” in guru is pronounced like a “d.”

You can do this practice anywhere—sitting in a chair or on the edge of a couch with your feet flat on the floor, or sitting in an easy cross-legged position on the floor.
