If the word “burnout” resonates with you like it does for me, this simple breathwork meditation can help. While the hand mudra is unusual and may appear to be uncomfortable, I found it brought me to a place of peace almost immediately. I hope it does the same for you.
It’s recommended you practice this meditation only when there is time to remain still and relaxed upon completion.
You can do this sitting on the floor or in a chair. We will be practicing for three minutes, but you can work your way up to 11 minutes and eventually 31 minutes.
