In the midst of all thoughts, emotions, and commotion, this meditation will help keep you steady and on the path. You’ll become alert to any positive or negative impact that can sway you from your purpose and able find the silver lining in any cloud.
We will be using the following mantra, which will be repeated out loud three times on each breath:
Ha-ree naam sat naam ha-ree naam ha-ree
Ha-ree naam sat naam sat naam ha-ree
Note: The “r” in Ha-ree is pronounced like a “d.”
