In today’s Moment of Calm, I will be guiding you some simple breathwork to balance your mental energy, which allows the mind to rid itself of doubts.

For three minutes, we will be inhaling for five seconds, suspending the breath for 10 seconds and exhaling for five seconds. With practice, you can gradually work your way up to inhaling for 10 seconds, holding for 15 seconds and exhaling for 10 seconds and practice for up to 10-15 minutes.

This is ideal for beginners and experienced yogis alike and can be done sitting in a chair or on the floor.
