How do you move forward when you aren’t sure where you are going? If you can calm yourself and still your mind, the answer often comes. The meditation we’ll be practicing in this video can help you develop that capacity.
It has a lovely hand mudra, simple breath pattern and uses the mantra “Whaaho Guru.” You’ll first be repeating this silently to yourself, and for the last minute, you’ll repeat it out loud.
We’ll be practicing for a total of about four minutes in this video, but you can do this on your own for up to 11 minutes for the first portion and from 5 minutes to 2.5 hours for the second portion.
