You know there are benefits to meditating, but can’t focus/sit still/quiet your mind, etc. Does this sound familiar? Perfect! The exercise I will be guiding you through in this video is just for you! It brings inner peace and joy to those who have a hard time meditating.

If you regularly practice meditation, don’t pass this one by. I’ve found it works for me too, so give it a try!

You’ll be sitting in a comfortable position—either on the floor or in a chair—bringing your hands together so that the base of your palms touch. Your fingers are spread apart, while touching your thumbs and pinkies, so your hands are in the shape of a lotus flower. Placing your hands four to six inches in front of your forehead with your elbows apart and relaxed. This position automatically activates the meditative mind.

Your eyes will be closed… and I’ll take it from there.

This meditation can be found in Mahankirn’s Three Minute Start – https://www.mahankirn.com/.
