Been sitting too long behind your computer? Take a break and enjoy some gentle meditative stretches for your shoulders, spine and neck.
You can do these stretches sitting in a chair or on the floor. Just make sure you have a little space around you for the spinal twists. You’ll have your hands on your shoulders with the fingers pointing forward and thumbs in back and twisting your head and torso left and right. We’ll also do some nice shoulder and neck rolls.
