Today we’ll be revisiting an old favorite, one that calms, soothes and energizes the nervous system and creates a sense of harmony and well-being.

Sitting tall with a straight spine, using the thumb and index fingers of the right hand to make a “U.” You’ll use your thumb to close off the right nostril and your index finger to close off the left nostril.

Closing the left nostril, inhaling deeply through the right nostril. At the end of the inhale, closing the right nostril and exhaling through the left nostril.

Now inhaling through the left nostril fully and deeply, then closing the left nostril and exhaling through the right. Continuing for 3-5 minutes.
