Experience an effective technique for alleviating anxiety and fear—the One Minute Breath: Inhaling for 20 seconds, holding for 20 seconds and exhaling for 20 seconds. While this may be a bit challenging for beginners, you can easily modify by starting with 10 or even 5 second segments.
The benefits of this practice are many. According to the 3HO Foundation, the One Minute Breath:
