Join me Monday evenings for an hour of calm. We’ll begin with some conscious breathing. Depending on the size of the group, this will be in the Himalayan salt room. Then we’ll move into the yoga studio for some gentle stretching followed by a meditation. We will close with a deep relaxation while I play my alchemy crystal singing bowls.
The class for all levels of experience and is based on the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, however I will not be teaching a yoga set. I hope you’ll join me at this beautiful new space in Cave Creek.
