In today’s Moment of Calm, I share a simple meditation to still the most moving mind. It will bring your thoughts slower and further apart, helping to calm the mind.
This meditation can be done anywhere—sitting in a chair or on the floor. You can start with three minutes, as we do in the video, and work your way up to 11 minutes and slowly build to 31 minutes.
