Your Moment of Calm with Ravi Pritam: Prosperity Meditation for Self Esteem & Self Love

You probably refer to others as beautiful quite often—either saying it directly to them or about them. But how many times do you say it to yourself? Maybe not often enough.

I am bountiful
I am blissful
I am beautiful
Excel excel fearless

That is the mantra for the meditation I share in this video. If self esteem and self love is something that you’d like to work on, this might just be what you need. If you are self conscious with others nearby, know that we recite the mantra silently to ourselves, not out loud. And the breath pattern is simple—just perfect if you are new to conscious breathing.

Your Moment of Calm with Ravi Pritam: Deep Meditation into Thoughtlessness

In this non-stop, busy world we live in, how great would it be to have a moment of peace? A moment when your mind is empty and the constant flow of thoughts is silenced. Um…. yes please!

The meditation I share in this video is said to be a “quick way of achieving a state of thoughtlessness” and it’s quite easy for those of you who are new to meditation. Of course, you’ll want to find a quiet spot where there are no distractions—at least for the eight minutes we are together. You’ll probably want to chill a while afterwards, so this might not be a good one for the office!

The hand mudra is one of my favorites—your right hand resting in the palm of your left. Very simple and quite comfortable. And we’ll be silent repeating the mantra Wahe Guru broken up into four parts: Whaa (infinity), Hay (the presence of the finite in infinity), Gu (darkness), Ru (light).

I hope you find this to be as relaxing as I do! Please let me know about your experience in the comments. And if you enjoy it, please share this video and/or my YouTube channel with others.
